Your online service is really bad .
I had sent 2 emails, Whatsapp, even FB messenger to request for change size for the other pair of footwear since the 1st day i received it. I even went to the extend dropping by your office at tannery lane on Thursday 31/08/2023, but you had moved. Went to outside at marina square last Saturday 02/09/2023, your store staff Jonathan had been very helpful and requested me to leave my footwear at the store for change, and promised that your customer service who supposed to response to me had not been responding since my 1st email, Whatsapp, messenger.
Very horrible online service you are having and very disappointing. This will be my last buying from Keen.
