KEEN sent me a dirty, worn, moldy pair of shoes

Ordered this pair of shoes online and received them within 2 days. Sadly, the shoes had dirt on the soles and looked worn, they were also covered all over in white spots that looked like mold. I've written and sent photos to KEEN and hope they will promptly collect this old pair and replace them with clean new mold-free shoes :( What a disappointment as I had good experiences with an earlier pair of KEEN shoes.
