Toe small was still too small for me despite what was advertised. Sought for an exchange or refund. Customer service was non-existent at all. Now im stuck with undersized pair. Great. Thanks Keen, thanks.
I bought a pair of Cincinnatis off Amazon and within one week of wearing them they began so squeak loudly from the midsole. I sent them back through Amazon and now my new pair squeak again just as loud and the sole at the toe is splitting. I tried to just deal with the squeaking for two months but now with the toe splitting I feel like I’m not getting what I paid for in these boots so I wanted to request a warranty repair. Since I didn’t register my boots within 14 days I cannot get a warranty replacement so I’m stuck with loud and shoddy boots. These boots are comfortable and the wide toe box is awesome but the quality is subpar and I can’t recommend these boots to anyone.
These have good grips and are super light! The delivery was fast and the shoes arrived well packed! Now the whole family will be trodding in coordinated Keen Zionic on our trips!

Keen has always been known for their quality shoes and scandals versus styling. I was impressed with the fast turnaround from ordering Zionic WP to delivery.
I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience. I bought these specifically for my wife for our upcoming trip to Bali. While the "Triple Black" aesthetic and the Snow Peak collaboration design are absolutely fantastic, the comfort level is highly disappointing.
The shoe severely rubs and cuts into her right heel, making it impossible for her to wear them for normal walking, let alone a holiday. We expected the signature KEEN comfort for our travels, especially from a premium collaboration model, but the stiff material at the heel completely ruined the experience. Leaving this purely as feedback in hopes the brand looks into the heel construction.

Hi I already send an email to your side with regards to the wrong order delivered. As mentioned above my order is Tri Block Safari, but what I received is Tri Block Birch. So can you deliver the safari to me and I pass you back the birch Tq.
I have lace loops that weren’t stitched to hold the lace. But keen refused to cover the defective leather loops. Have boots I can’t tie.
Nobody has contacted me yet regarding my target heels. The souls have come off and I’ve tried to reset them and I got an email back from you guys saying that your warranty department was closed until the end of this month and I’m very concerned that I’m not going to get any help with this my shoes are fine and every other respect except the souls the bottom souls are coming off on both shoes.
I had my sole come apart within 2 weeks of wearing the boots and emailed keen for warranty and have heard nothing back and honestly forgot about it until they wanted a review of the warranty. I don’t even want the junk boots any more I just don’t want anyone else to buy them.
I never received any information about utilizing the warranty that is on the website. I have reached out through the sites ‘contact us’ and tried everything I can find on the warranty and have never received a response.
I hope this colour have size 10 as it would fits better for me.
Nevertheless,because of the flexible cord i still can fit to size 9.
The shoes are very comfortable, the cushioning is great, there is room for toes, and the shoelace pocket is extremely practical. They feel very durable and are beautiful too — a bit on the bulky side but not excessively so. Platform is thick, but still feels easy to control. My only complain is that the sole can feel a bit slippery on certain surfaces (some pavement, some rocks) if wet, so I definitely would not say these shoes are "all-terrain", even if sufficiently versatile for hybrid trail-road use. My longest run with them has been a 50km on trail and they kept my feet very comfortable, but did wish there was better traction on wet surfaces at times.
Love the shoe but I bought it for my husband as a gift and order the wrong size. Responds was confusing as there's different number. When contacted again. No reply. Aware that the policies is refund, no exchange. It is troublesome that there isn't a service for them to collect for me. He loves it & wanted to wear in time for raya so he doesn't want to return as he afraid it might not be fast enough to reach him by raya.
I have been wearing Uneek for the past decade and recently just bought my 6th pair! Love that the sandals conform to the shape of my feet and the snug fit means functionality comes together with comfort!! Uneek is a must-have in my daily life!!
