Quality footwear and after sales service!

Initially wanted to get the United Arrow collaboration but bought Dark Olive / Black Uneek due to the unavailability of my size. Delivery took 2 days, impressed. Not sure why I checked the website again after receiving the pair and decided to email Keen Customer Service to request for an exchange. They gladly agreed without question asked! Much respect! Now I am a happy camper with my rugged sandals. Will be looking at the newport next :D

I felt comfortable wearing this sandal for casual walk. Initially i felt the sole a bit hard, I'm started to feel into it after sometimes. Design is attractive. Overall it is a good choice to have a pair for casual and comfort sandal.
