Customers are entitled to a one-year warranty upon successful registration through our Warranty page. Registration must be completed within fourteen (14) days of purchasing an item from KEEN Footwear Singapore. Failure to register within this timeframe will void the warranty.

Coverage:

• Manufacturing Defects: Customers may request a replacement within the one-year warranty period. However, if the product can be repaired (e.g., sole issues), we may arrange for a cobbler to repair the item.
• Wear and Tear: Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.
