Wrong shoe given! Disappointed!

Item received, but it came as the WOMEN HYPERPORT H2 instead. Emails take ages to get a reply, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I made two orders and both times the same wrong shoes were sent. Please just let us know if that particular shoe or size is actually out of stock instead of sending a different pair as a replacement. It’s a waste of time to bring the shoes all the way to the store just to return them.
