Confused by the size guide

Bought a size 10. Confused by the JP 27 CM vs Heel to toe 25.9 CM. Checked with KEEN SG and office didn't bother to return call. However, managed to find out by myself. Delivery was fast 2 days after order.

Size up

Nice new colour. I would suggest sizing up because I need to, but I haven’t heard back from them on how to do so. I hope the exchange policy dates will be extended because I received my order on the 7th day and contacted them for an address that I can return to. Otherwise, it’s a great footwear for your outdoor activities!

I have this range of model many years back, it lasted me for 8-10 years before the strap is broken. I wasn't a heavy user, just for light trekking and hiking or very long walk. I have used to do Malaysia mountains hiking, it's comfortable and has good grip, only issue, it doesn't dry fast when the whole shoes are drenched in water. Very happy that I finally found a new pair and with such wild colors.
