CARE

All KEEN water sandals are machine washable. Use a small amount of detergent, wash on gentle cycle and air dry.

Not up to expectation.

I guess the updating of items must tally with what is available in your warehouse. I initially ordered the newport H2 triple/black however it took quite some time for the item to be delivered. Few days later,they got back to inform that the item is not available hence will need to choose another color. This is a bday surprise gift & had to give it away.

Emailed for exchange due to sizing and it took quite some time for a response. I felt that we can do an exchange at the retailer store rather than having to send the items back & wait for the new ones to arrive.
